Cleaning Rates Paddington
This is the full rate card for Paddington NSW 2021 — three service tiers, what each one actually includes, and the project work priced separately. The rate card is hourly, but you are invoiced a fixed monthly amount. We scope the site, agree the hours it honestly needs, and convert that to a flat figure. Nobody watches a clock, and nobody has an incentive to stretch one.

Periodic items can be folded into a contract on a quarterly or half-yearly cycle and spread across the monthly figure, so a carpet extraction or window wash never lands as an unexpected invoice.

Which tier does a typical Paddington business need?
Most boutiques, studios and small offices sit in Standard. Essential suits a very small single-room tenancy cleaned two or three times a week. Specialist is for medical, dental, childcare and licensed food premises, where the documentation is as important as the cleaning itself.
Are travel, equipment or call-out fees charged on top?
No. Travel, equipment, machinery and standard chemicals are inside the hourly rate. The only additions to a contract are consumables you ask us to manage and project work you approve in advance in writing.
Can we change tier or scope after starting?
Yes. Scopes are living documents — add a room, drop a visit, move up a tier for a busy quarter. The monthly figure is re-fixed in writing and applies from the next billing cycle, with no change fee.
Do rates differ between Paddington and the neighbouring suburbs?
No. The same rate card applies across Paddington, Woollahra, Moore Park, Rushcutters Bay, Elizabeth Bay, Potts Point and Kings Cross, because one crew services the whole patch. Operators with sites in two of those suburbs get one agreement and portfolio pricing.
How are after-hours, weekend and public holiday visits priced?
Evening and overnight work is inside the standard rate — it is how most of this area is cleaned. Sunday and public holiday visits carry a loading, which is stated on the quote before you sign rather than appearing later on an invoice.
What happens if a clean is missed or below standard?
Flag it and we re-clean the item free, normally within 24 hours. Repeat issues trigger a supervisor site review. With 30-day month-to-month terms, you are never stuck with a provider who cannot fix the problem.
